Lavender and Gold 1st Birthday Outfit comes with a lavender tutu, onesie,and matching headband.
Tutu is made using a 3/4" elastic waistband and two fluffy layers of tulle wrapped around the waistband.
Onesie is made using high quality HTV (heat transfer vinyl and is applied using a commercial grade heat press. The Onesie is Carter's brand.
Headband has a 3" lotus flower on a matching nylon headband.
